Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and tracking are all handled directly by Amazon or Walmart, depending on where you purchase:

• Amazon orders: Ship according to your Amazon Prime status and location. Track your order anytime through your Amazon account under "Your Orders."

• Walmart orders: Ship according to standard Walmart delivery timelines. Track your order through your Walmart.com account.

We don't handle warehousing or shipping directly, which means you get the full benefit of these platforms' fast, reliable delivery networks.

Returns & Refunds

Because every purchase is made through Amazon or Walmart, all returns and refunds are processed through their standard return policies:

• Amazon Returns: Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Visit Amazon's Return Center to start a return.

• Walmart Returns: Most items are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery. Visit Walmart's Return Policy page to start a return.
